After one dose of prescribed anti-inflammatory, wrist magically better. Probably can no longer reproduce but will be nice to be able to do a normal pushup. Press felt good, could have gone heavier but still good stimulus. First time I have done squat snatch in I don't know when. REally enjoyed it. Used early weights to just try and get feel. 140 was not easy but can definitely handle more. Look fwd to starting to work these.
