60 X 70# DB swing

~11:30. did all squats unbroken in that I did not rerack the bar but did take some pauses towards the end. TTB did 20-10-5-5. Cannot figure out how to kip when doing these. DB swings sucked the life out of me as usual. Did 15 twice then alternated between sets of 8 and 7.
