~19-20 min. Pretty tough WOD. Decent pace on rower. Did squats unbroken but not particularly fast. Subbed situps for GHDs, slower than I would have liked. Box jumps went pretty well, basically unbroken.
Stretched and rolled quite a bit before trying to loosen up and wake up.
