tabata pushups - felt weak
ran 800 on treadmill at 5:55 mile pace
50 back extension
50 incline situp
tabata pullup - held one negative pullup as long as I could in each interval
25 back extension
30 incline sit up
tough to roll out of bed on cold Monday morning.....
