Tue, 7-6-10

Strength
8 rounds
3 dead hang pullups with 20#
5 dead hang pullups
7 kipping pullups

Rx'd this wkout calls for 45# and 10 rounds but I cut it back to make it more realistic for me to complete. Good strength wkout, spent probably 30 minutes to get it done. I rested as needed between rounds, stretched a lot, rolled and did some calf raises to get my ankle and calf back on right track.
