5x10 seat calf raise
5x12 dead hang toes to bar

Still sore and tired but 235# is a PR, missed on first attempt.

Stretched and rolled then did following

Metcon
4 rounds
5x185# front squat
10 dead hang pullup
20 double under

Maybe 9:30. Front squats unbroken. First set of dead hang pullups unbroken. Double unders unbroken, ankle and calf felt a little better.
