0550, Pearland Y

Metcon
70 burpee
60 situp
50 DBS, 55#
40 pullup
30 pushup (15 clap, 15 feet elevated)

~18:00. Did 30 burpees, then 10, 10, and 20. Situps were really slow for some reason. Swings 25, 15, and 10. Pullups hard, grip smoked, only did first 15 unbroken. Stretched and rolled before trying to get body loose, calf and ankle better slowly but surely.
