~15:20, 15 reps. Good news, ankle and calf felt fine running. Bad news my legs were still absolutely dead from Wednesday. I think I ran a 3:30 first 800, but the last one was slow. 2 x 400M backwards was challenging, had to keep looking back to dodge obstacles.
