23-24 minute beat down of a chipper. Only did first WB and burpee unbroken then had to start chopping up. Only minimal pauses on swings and WBs. Pretty gassed on DUs but using the speed cable really helped. Lunges easier than I thought. The slam balls just ate my lunch. Never done them before. Sucked the life out of me, had to do them in sets of 10.
Did quick strength work after.
