Felt pretty decent on squats, 330# was slow but definitely have more in the tank. All TTB from true dead hang, unbroken. Stretched a lot.

17:50. Did this one in Aug '09 in 19 minutes. Improvement I guess but still humbling. I got 16 HSPU unbroken and then the wheels came off. I had to take extended rests on all HSPU sets. Ring dips and pushups all broken but knocked all sets out pretty quickly.
