not sure how long this took b/c forgot to start my watch, i guess b/c I am a dumb A.
Only had 15# med ball so increased WB reps per round by 33%. Did all sets unbroken. L pullups were slow and broken, so stretched while resting. Rolled after and then did another plank and L-sit.
