Incline sit up on ab board (subbed these for GHD)

~30 minutes. I did everything unbroken but the TTB just killed me. My grip was very very weak and shoulders tired, I guess from pullups yesterday. I did not do an unbroken set until last two rounds. The SLDL was a grip killer as well.

Stretched and rolled and then did tabata interval on the rower, pulled pretty hard throughout.

Swelling better in ankle, stretching throughout the day.
