Sun, 5-23-10

1600, backyard

Karen
150 WB for time, 20# ball

7:35. PR by over a minute if I counted correctly. Regardless not bad as I did this on 5 hours sleep and after having played with boys all day, most of afternoon outside. Had to eat some sand last few reps as my med ball sprung a leak. H-O-T hot.

Alex has a little fever, hopefully he will be over it early in the week!!
