Finished in around 15 minutes but my watch stopped for some reason so not actually sure of total time. Used 20# med ball, set of 50,20,10 unbroken. Set of 40 and 30 took it out of me, had to divide into two sets each. Did only first set of pullups unbroken. Varied grip throughout, did all from true dead hang, no momentum. All sets of dips broken.
Stretched and rolled after.
