Pretty solid. 1 rep of 320 was very solid. Stretched and rolled throughout. Shoulders pretty tight from WB yesterday.

Back extension
~15 minutes. Grip killer. Only did set of 9 unbroken on snatch, mainly due to grip. Had to really chop up TTB - grip. The main site called for chest to bar pullups, but I did a lot of pullups yesterday so subbed TTB and BE.
Rest tomorrow. Looking fwd to having lunch with boys and attending Kindergarten program tonight.
