3:30 jump rope plus stretching to warm up
throughout class did 3 sets of ~100yard walking lunge
3 rounds
10 box jump
10 squat thrust
rest 45 seconds
jumped over box, maybe 24-30", subbed squat thrust for burpee
Did planks and get up sit ups at end
Lunch with Mark Therrien, good to see him
Turning cold again.
