Have done much better on the bench in the past, upper body pressing strength needs lots of work. Pullups were ok, did them all from dead hang with neutral grip.
stretched and rolled while resting, also did I think 10 L-sits holding between 15-20 seconds.
Legs toast after all the WB yesterday.
