Did slow recovery run on Sat before boy's game. Deads felt great on Sunday. Woke up Monday and back still bothering me so have shut it down again until Wed or Thur. Frustrated.
Boys had another blast at Monster Truck show and John and Heidi. Spent night there for the first time and did really well.
