About 40 seconds over my PR but not bad considering a cold morning and how little metcon I have been doing lateley. I actually breezed through the set of 21 on both exercises unbroken but then got really tired and my grip totally failed. Definitely a bit stronger, need to get the wind back slowly but surely.
