HSPU and Pullup on minute
Did six minutes worth of HSPU and strict pullups. That was as far as I got on HSPU. Switched to kipping pullups and finished at 12 minutes/reps.
Stretchd and rolled then did following
2x30
ab boards situp
back extension
TTB
box jump burpee
very tired, looking fwd to resting tomorrow
