Wed, 4-21-10

1:40, 1:41, 1:50, 1:45

Not too bad. Could have Pr'd on the first one but the rower I was using was too close to wall so could not get full extension. Easier once I switched rowers. Rolled before starting the WOD, stretched during rest intevals. Worked hand stands for a few minutes before and after. Horrible nights sleep but didn't feel too bad all things considered.
