18:49. Did all row intervals in 1:45-1:50, they were a grind. Thrusters were heavy but unbroken. Back feeling better slowly but surely.
Finished with stretch and foam roll and 1:30 second front plank.
Did not get to see boys last night much at all, can't wait to get home.
