Did 5 30 second L-sits while resting. Did first set unbroken then chopped up in between 20 seconds and 10 seconds.
Felt fairly strong, really focused on keeping core tight and protecting back. Feet sore from yesterday. Stretched and rolled after.
Got to take boys to school, rainy.
