~28 minutes. Underestimated this one. Brutal. Legs dead from 2k row yesterday which was a surprise, had next to nothing on the box jumps - did them unbroken but pretty slow. Lower back just fell to pieces, almost cramping. Deads were easy enough but had to take breaks so back would unwind a little bit.

Did tabata squats, tabata single unders, and planks with BC class.
